Passing integer arguments to dst causes an ICE.

Steps to Reproduce
Shader:

[shader("pixel")]
void PSMain() {
    int4 r = dst(1, 1);
    if (r.x != 1) discard;
}

Command: dxc.exe -T ps_6_6 -E PSMain dst_int.hlsl

Actual Behavior

error: llvm::cast() argument of incompatible type!
