Description
Not a DXC issue, but only happens on this repo or hlsl-spec.
When sending a PR, the contributor list is very slow to load, while other projects with many contributors like llvm does not have this issue.
Often the list doesn't load, and you need to click once, wait a bit, and click again to then have a loaded list.
@llvm-beanz do you also see this on your end? Do you know is that's caused by some kind of MS organization group/list thing?
Contributor guide
First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.

- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start by reproducing the contributor-list loading delay when sending a pull request in DirectXShaderCompiler and hlsl-spec, then compare the behavior with llvm. Investigate whether Microsoft organization groups or lists contribute to the delay. Done means identifying a reproducible cause and documenting or resolving the contributor-list loading failure.
