Description
DevSkim scanned tons of files in the repo, and alerts are being reported perfectly fine, but I cannot see how many files were scanned (like CodeQL does for example) Is there any way to configure this?
I would appreciate your help!

Research direction
Start by reproducing a DevSkim scan on a repository with many files and compare the available output with the CodeQL example in the issue. Identify the scan entry point and reporting surface, then determine how a scanned-file count could be displayed or configured. Done means users can see the total number of scanned files alongside the existing alerts.
