Hi!
Interesting idea. I have been waiting for this for a long time already. Especially since Visual Studio supports this out-of-the-box already.
But why is MCP needed? Can't it just use/expose VSCode tools/APIs similar to other extension like "Language Server Tools for Copilot"?
MCP is often disabled in Enterprise environments.
