**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Extract files from the attached archive.
2. Review the commands in .\ReproduceTheProblem\ReproduceTheProblem.ps1
3. Run .\ReproduceTheProblem\ReproduceTheProblem.ps1 from a powershell 7 session
4. Review and/or Rebuild the projects if needed
