Description

It's known issue that export bacpac fails when there are windows credentials in the database. Apparently this is by design.

I'd like to suggest the need for an an added option to ignore users\permissions.

No source files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by reviewing the linked Azure Data Studio issues and the current bacpac export behavior; done means an agreed option exists to exclude users or permissions without causing export failure.
