Description
I have getting following error trying to publish/script database changes.
This deployment may encounter errors during execution because changes to {...} are blocked by {...}'s dependency in the target database
I have checked output from /Diagnostics, but nothing in regard to this. Would be nice to enhance diagnostics to explicitly list what dependencies sqlpackage things are blocking change

Research direction
Start by reproducing the publish or script scenario with sqlpackage.exe and inspect the existing /Diagnostics output. Define completion as diagnostics explicitly listing the dependencies that block each reported database change; the issue does not name source files or tests.
