Description
Description
Something is wrong with WinRT.Marshaler. I don't kwon what's wrong here. But it can't work after update C#/WinRT from 2.2 to 2.3.1.
Steps To Reproduce
See my example of using WinRT.Marshaler for OOP/COM: https://github.com/wherewhere/SelfCOMServer
If the C#/WinRT is 2.2.0, it works fine. If I upgrade it to 2.3.1, it throw System.TypeInitializationException.
Expected Behavior
Version Info
CsWinRT 2.3.1

Research direction
Start with the SelfCOMServer example linked in the issue and reproduce the System.TypeInitializationException from WinRT.Marshaler. Compare its behavior with CsWinRT 2.2.0 and 2.3.1, focusing on the OOP/COM usage described. Done means the example works on CsWinRT 2.3.1 without the initialization exception.
