Description
Per https://github.com/microsoft/win32metadata/issues/711, the metadata now declares unicode vs. ansi methods. CsWin32 already detects these by method naming convention, but we can drop this now in favor of the attributes.

Research direction
Review win32metadata issue 711 and CsWin32's existing method-naming detection. Locate the generator entry point that reads method metadata, then compare its current behavior with the declared Unicode/ANSI attributes. Done means the generator relies on those attributes instead of naming conventions and the affected behavior is verified by the relevant tests.
