Description

We're explicitly calling out IUnknown in our NativeMethods.txt file in WinForms, but it isn't generating a nested interface like the other structs are now. This is useful for us, particularly if the struct members can always be public. (See #723)

Research direction

Start with the IUnknown entry in WinForms' NativeMethods.txt and inspect how other structs are turned into nested interfaces. Review the context in #723, then trace the generator path that handles these declarations. Done means explicitly requested IUnknown generates the expected nested interface, with public members where supported, and the generated output is verified.
