Description
Per https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/pull/43278, we can provide augmented completion lists for the PInvoke class so that all methods that may be generated on it do show up on it. If the user selects a method that does not yet exist, the completion action can add the method to NativeMethods.txt so the method then gets generated.

Research direction
Start by reading the linked Roslyn pull request and tracing how completion lists are augmented for the PInvoke class. Then inspect how NativeMethods.txt controls generated methods. Done means unavailable methods appear in completion and selecting one adds it to NativeMethods.txt so generation produces it.
