Unable to successfully configure App Registration for SharePointSSOAppCustomizer

Describe the bug
IN the Step 1: Configure App Registration
point 4. Configure API Permissions, I can not find "Power Platform API" or use the GUID 8578e004-a5c6-46e7-913e-12f58912df43 when I click the APIs my organization uses tab

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup Instructions
2. Open Azure Portal
3. Create a new App Registration
4. Configure Authentication - Add SharePoint URLs
5. Configure API Permissions
   1. In the side panel, after click the APIs my organization uses tab Search for "Power Platform API" or use the GUID 8578e004-a5c6-46e7-913e-12f58912df43. I can not find Power Platform API

Expected behavior
Excepted to click the APIs my organization uses tab Search for "Power Platform API" or use the GUID 8578e004-a5c6-46e7-913e-12f58912df43. But could not find Power Platform API
