Describe the bug
The instructions suggest that we (or something) has previously created the ServiceNow connection
- Navigate to the Knowledge tab of your agent and select Add knowledge.
- Select Advanced
- Select ServiceNow Knowledge
- Under “Select an existing connection:”, choose the pre-created ServiceNowKB3 connection.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download Lab files.zip
- Go to PDF > Lab 03
- Go to Page 12
- See error
Expected behavior
Connection to have been mentioned beforehand.
Additional context
Steps on how to create a ServiceNow connection are highlighted until Lab 04 > Page 9
