I am Using Same Provided code to use Copilot Agent in SPFx using Directline URL, which is working fine.

But sometimes suddenly stops working and not provide proper answer from the provided knowledge.

Same time agent working fine in the Copilot studio's Test Environment.

It suddenly stopped working and keeps showing the following recurring message: "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"
