Multilingual Copilot Bot failing to run after successfully deploying

We are facing an issue with configuring the bot, we followed the exact same configuration guideline, but it still does not run successfully.! We have also tried to run it locally but failed to run it aswell.

Below is a screenshot of the issue we are currently facing, do you have any suggestions

In addition we also noticed that the PVA Bot ID from "Mobile App" is looking different within our tenant, ours is looking like "XXXXX_"Nameofthebot"" instead of an actually id. It's the from PVA Bot --> Channels --> Mobile app--> Token Endpoint URL.
