Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by inspecting the Copilot ValueLens implementation and searching existing issues for privacy, anonymisation, pseudonymisation, and GDPR work. Done requires an agreed UK privacy design covering the listed controls and a clear decision on whether this is a new request.
