Hello,
I noticed that when downloading the sessions of the virtual agent on Copilot Studio under Analytics, the exported file in Excel in csv format is deleting the data after formatting.
Without formatting it is not possible to read the data, so in order to get the data under the correct column it needs to be formatted, which results in cancellation of half of the data, which are the chattrasncript and session outcome.
Any idea on the issue?
