Media: hosted copies of the demo and setup videos

Holds the four narrated videos so both READMEs can embed inline players instead of links that force a download.

GitHub's markdown sanitiser strips `` tags entirely, and the raw file URLs serve as `application/octet-stream`, which browsers will not play. Assets on GitHub's own CDN are the only form that renders as a player.
