Description

The main README says:

To find help on troubleshooting Azure DevOps Server follow this link.

The given URL https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/devops/project/search/administration#troubleshoot-search-in-azure-devops-server-and-tfs returns 404. Googling for the words in the URL's fragment part doesn't reveal any obvious candidates for this particular document being rehosted at a different location.

Is that content actually online somewhere?

Research direction

Start in the main README and verify whether the linked Azure DevOps Server troubleshooting page has moved. Search for the content referenced by the URL fragment and confirm a current destination; done means the README points to a valid page, or clearly documents that no replacement was found.
