Description
I love this extension, bravo and well done for creating this. One feature suggestion I'd like to propose is a "Releases" functionality, providing a direct download to the latest releases. The icing on the cake would be the ability to also fetch nightly/build run artifacts from "Actions".
But minimally, even the mere ability to poll repos (searched or starred) and show their most recent releases, either as a per-repo view or an all-in-one list showing all starred repos that pushed a new release in the past X days.

Research direction
The issue does not identify files, tests, or an entry point to inspect. First clarify whether the minimum scope is showing recent releases for searched or starred repositories, and whether Actions artifacts are included. Done should be defined by a concrete release list or per-repository view with direct downloads and a specified time window.
