Description

Some users may want to add all of the pipelines for a particular ADO project. Currently, we only adding a pipeline one at a time.

If we have this option, we could toggle how pipelines are added via a setting or present both flow options at once.

Research direction

Start by tracing the current one-at-a-time pipeline addition flow in the Azure extension. Compare the two proposed interaction models—project-wide addition controlled by a setting or both flows presented together—and define how completion is verified when all pipelines for an Azure DevOps project have been added.
