Research direction
Start by reproducing the incorrect AlwaysOn status reported by SQLCHECK.exe on a server with AlwaysOn enabled, then trace how that status is detected. Also investigate how the tool can verify SPN registration for AlwaysOn Listeners. Done means the environment status is reported accurately and SPN registration is verified.
