Description

Describe the work
Tend to get a few issues with Time Zone changes. Need a way to validate the client end to make sure that the registry settings are set correctly as that will cause issues.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by locating the repository's PowerShell support scripts and defining which client registry and time zone settings must be checked. Done should mean the script validates those settings and reports incorrect configurations with agreed expected output.
