Description
In decoupling Common.Lib from the ATL libraries, we lost the capability to do reference count logging in CModuleRefcount on Linux. It should be relatively simple to re-enable it using fprintf to stderr, but it will take some tweaking.

Research direction
Locate CModuleRefcount and review how decoupling Common.Lib from the ATL libraries removed reference-count logging on Linux. Check the existing reference-count behavior and use the issue's fprintf-to-stderr direction as the intended approach; done means Linux builds again expose the relevant reference-count log output.
