Description
During ICorProfilerCallback::ShutDown, profilers that try to “reset” eventmask flags that are only permitted on initialization will cause CLRIE to log an error, producing some noise on process shutdown.
We can probably suppress this if SetEventMask is being called during ICorProfilerCallback::Shutdown()

Research direction
No source files or tests are named. Trace SetEventMask calls made during ICorProfilerCallback::ShutDown, then inspect how CLRIE reports initialization-only event-mask changes. Done means shutdown-time resets no longer produce the reported CLRIE error or noise.
