Description

InsertBefore and InsertBeforeAndRetargetOffsets is inefficient when many blocks of code requires several instruction inserts. Consider a batching api that supports committing transactions of changes.

This may be a breaking change since errors won't get reported until after the commit for the changes (and CLRIE will revert ALL changes)
