Description
On linux, clog outputs 3 files.
file.clog.h
buildname.clog_file.clog.h.c
file.clog.h.lttng.h
The last file is not actually declared as an output in cmake. This causes the build to be ran incorrectly, as the dependencies are not tracked correctly.

Research direction
Start by locating the CMake declaration for CLOG's Linux-generated outputs and compare it with file.clog.h, buildname.clog_file.clog.h.c, and file.clog.h.lttng.h. Update the output list so the .lttng.h file participates in dependency tracking, then verify the Linux build no longer reruns incorrectly.
