Description
When looking through the code to collect msquic events created by clog, I noticed this:
lttng enable-event --userspace CLOG_*
I don't want CLOG in my event name. I should be able to choose a prefix (QUIC_ or MSQUIC_ for instance) and not be cluttered by CLOG.

Research direction
The issue identifies the lttng enable-event --userspace CLOG_* pattern and asks for a configurable event prefix. Start by locating where CLOG event names are generated, then verify the generated tracing output; done means a caller can select a prefix such as QUIC_ or MSQUIC_ without CLOG_ in the event names.
