Description
Starting up a dotnet app takes a non trivial amount of time, and can result in much larger build times if a lot of files are needed to be parsed. By batching files together, this overhead can be minimized.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the current single-file CLOG call launches the dotnet application and processes input files. Identify the existing call boundary and related tests, then verify that one invocation accepts multiple files and produces the expected logging/tracing output without repeating startup overhead.
