Research direction
Reproduce the announcement in the Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio flow at the provided URL using Windows Narrator or NVDA, following the listed navigation steps. Trace the rendered “End of chat history” element to identify why “note” is announced, then verify that the label is announced without the extra word in both the web and Win32 app contexts.
