Research direction

Start by comparing the dev sandbox and production environments while using the webchat.js bundle, focusing on the OnGeneratedResponse and conversational boosting topics. Confirm the feature settings in both environments and capture the production reproduction steps, browser/platform details, console output, and public URL; done means the topic behaves consistently in production.
