Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue on the reported site and inspect the Web Chat button options list for role=toolbar, aria-orientation=vertical, aria-keyshortcuts, and role=form. Done means those attributes are absent from each affected element without changing the list's behavior, with accessibility behavior checked against the WCAG name-role-value reference.
