Describe the bug
When using NVDA and Chrome, the aria-label 'Use arrow keys' is not spoken when focused on 'End of transcript'
Steps to reproduce
- Load Web Chat in Chrome
- Type any activity
- Turn on NVDA
- Press Tab two times from sendbox
- NVDA says 'End of transcript' but not 'Use arrow keys...'
Expected behavior
Similar to Narrator x Edge, 'Use arrow keys...' aria-label should be spoken
WORK ITEMS:
- 'Use arrow keys...' should be spoken by NVDA on Chrome
- Remove the additional text "press arrow keys to navigate" when we are on a mobile device.
- 'Press Enter to interact' text when there is an attachment should be removed on mobile
