Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we have SSO sample using node.js https://github.com/microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat/tree/master/samples/07.advanced-web-chat-apps/e.sso-on-behalf-of-authentication
And we know that there are requests for SSO sample using ASP.NET in an internal email thread.
Describe the suggestion or request in detail
Formalize these existing samples:
https://github.com/EricDahlvang/WebChatSSO
Describe alternatives you have considered
Maybe it is good to put them in BotBuilder-Samples, since samples here are js only
https://github.com/microsoft/BotBuilder-Samples/issues/2590

Research direction
Review the existing WebChat SSO sample at samples/07.advanced-web-chat-apps/e.sso-on-behalf-of-authentication, then compare the linked EricDahlvang/WebChatSSO and BotBuilder-Samples SSOBotCSharp examples. The work is done when the existing ASP.NET SSO sample is formalized in an agreed repository and provides the requested equivalent scenario.
