The current SSO via OAuth sample is coded in Node.js, will be great to add another one that uses .NET Core.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing Node.js SSO via OAuth sample and its two-server structure. Rebuild the Bot and REST API samples in C#/.NET Core, then verify that both build and run on Docker Linux; done means the sample provides equivalent SSO behavior through both services.
