Description

Goals

Implement a sample that will invoke a custom JavaScript code, when dictation is completed.

In basic Web Chat, when speech dictation is completed, it will send the message immediately to the bot. Investigate how to interrupt the send and do something else.

Non-goals

Notes

So Web Chat can doing something else, instead of sending the message directly.
