Research direction

Start with common/common.cpp at line 445 and inspect compile.log alongside generate_build_files.log to identify the Windows toolchain or configuration causing the missing std::chrono::system_clock. Confirm the fix by rerunning the documented build steps and verifying compilation completes successfully.
