Describe the issue
When change user name or when use the user mapping in Cloud migration, we have an error if user have the records in table Financial Report Audit Log because we have only the indirect permission to modify record.
Expected behavior
The user name in the Financial Report Audit Log are changed when user name was modified
Steps to reproduce
Create the record in Financial Report Audit Log.
Change the name of the user.
