Describe the issue
In the Manage themes page it should not be possible to overwrite themes or header footer designs coming from Microsoft.
Expected behavior
it should be the same behavoir as on Report LAyouts and you try to push Replace on a report from Microsoft: Only user-defined layouts can be modified or remove
Steps to reproduce
Go to Manage Reports - choose Default - and choose Replace. Nothing is really happing - but we need the info box
