Description

When uninstalling a workspace-service that allocates and address space, the address space is not de-allocated from the parent workspace.

https://github.com/microsoft/AzureTRE/blob/5e750bef6bdd4f56fe2c02f1c021d8f368619a5e/api_app/api/routes/workspaces.py#L312

This could lead to IP range exhaustion.

Research direction

Read api_app/api/routes/workspaces.py around line 312 and trace the workspace-service uninstall path and its address-space handling. Confirm how allocation is recorded for the parent workspace; done means uninstalling a service releases its address space so repeated installs cannot exhaust the available IP range.
