Description
I have been having a problem deploing the Gitea mirror servise in to my workspaces. It dose not like the azure files.
so i had a look at the gitea code and saw that a updated version can use azure blob directly.
Acceptance criteria
- Update the gitea version
- Enable the needed setting to allow gitea to use azure blob as a storage location.
