Description
Hello team,
Imagine a scenario where there are two or more independent instances deployed in different Azure regions. If a researcher from instance A wants to collaborate with a researcher from instance B, such as having access to the same virtual machine or sharing data between instances (e.g., the result of an analysis on a VM in instance A should be the input for another analysis on a different VM in instance B), how can this be achieved?
Wondering about the different methods of possible collaboration and how to deploy them.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reviewing AzureTRE's deployment model and Azure capabilities for cross-region access, shared virtual machines, and data transfer; done would mean documenting the viable collaboration methods and how each is deployed.
