Description
When this PR is merged https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python/pull/30832 we can reduce the timeout and handle the time out exception, then remove "azure.servicebus._pyamqp.aio._session_async" from UNWANTED_LOGGERS in the API and resource processor.
