Description
We would like to enable OpenID for Gitea Shared Service. We can see how it's done for Gitea Workspace Service - using a workspace client ID and secret from the workspace key vault, but we don't have that in the core key vault.
Any suggestion?

Research direction
Start by comparing how OpenID is enabled for the Gitea Workspace Service and how its workspace key vault supplies the client ID and secret. Determine an appropriate credential source for the Gitea Shared Service in the core key vault; done means the service supports OpenID with securely sourced credentials.
