I want to deploy a shared service that has no Azure infrastructure, just a connection URI
So that researcher can easily access an external system that has already been deployed.
Acceptance criteria
- Shared service template created
- Input in the UI for a URI, updatable, that is output as connection URI
- Connect button appears on shared service panel
- Purview used as an example
