Description
As a TRE Administrator
I want to deploy a shared service that has no Azure infrastructure, just a connection URI
So that researcher can easily access an external system that has already been deployed.

Acceptance criteria

  • Shared service template created
  • Input in the UI for a URI, updatable, that is output as connection URI
  • Connect button appears on shared service panel
  • Purview used as an example
