Description
As a TRE administrator I want to import data into a specific workspace as a result of a data access request in an automated manner.
It is believed the existing airlock APIs are sufficient to do this however clear documentation and example needs to be provided.
The workflow should start with an existing target workspace ID or workspace metadata for a new workspace, along with one or more data sources to be imported to the workspace.

Research direction
Review the existing airlock APIs and the workflow shown in the issue image, starting with how a target workspace and one or more file-based data sources are represented. Document the automated ingestion flow for an existing or newly specified workspace, with examples that show the required inputs and the expected result.
