Description
When I deploy a workspace service, such as ML flow I want to enable and use a PostgreSQL server shared across the workspace. The same for MySql.
Elastic versions of the database service might make most sense.
Acceptance Criteria
- Optional feature in the workspace of MySQL and PostgreSQL
- On deploy of the workspace service the DB the feature is enabled on the workspace.
- Workspace services connect to existing database service

Research direction
Start by tracing workspace service deployment and how MySQL and PostgreSQL services are currently represented. Define how a workspace optionally enables a shared database and how deployed services discover and connect to it; done means both database options satisfy all three acceptance criteria.
