Bug Description

When launching Storage Explorer from the .tar package on Linux, a password manager service error dialog unexpectedly appears and indicates that the system does not have a password manager service installed.

This issue does not reproduce with the previous release on the same environment, where Storage Explorer launches without displaying the dialog.
