Description

Problem

I often preview CSVs with storage explorer, however these files do not use a comma for column delimitation so I have to change it every time

Desired Solution

I would like to be able to set the default column delimiter character in the settings to something other than a comma

Research direction

The issue does not name files or tests. Start by locating the settings UI and the CSV preview flow, then trace how the current comma delimiter is selected. Done means users can configure a default delimiter in settings and new CSV previews use it without requiring a per-preview change.
