Platform/OS Version: Windows 10/ MacOS High Sierra/ Linux Ubuntu 16.04
Architecture: ia32
Build Number: 20181127.2

Regression From: Previous release 1.5.0

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Expand one ADLS Gen2 account -> Blob Containers.
  2. Open one blob container which contains one blob at least.
  3. Right click one blob then select 'Properties...' -> Input an invalid system properties.
Expected Experience:
  1. There prompts an error message on the bottom.
  2. 'Save' button is disabled.
Actual Experience:
  1. No error occurs.
  2. 'Save' button is enabled.
